How do I book an appointment?

You can easily book online through our website, call us directly at (248) 956-7700, or stop by the salon to schedule in person.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

For hair services, arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise advised. For skin treatments, avoid heavy makeup and let us know about any recent procedures. We’ll guide you with pre-visit tips when you book.

What brands and products do you use?

We use salon-quality, professional-grade products including brands like Redken, ZO, K18, Beallami, Kerastase, Schwarzkopf, and DaVinci Whitening. Our staff can recommend the best products for at-home care too!

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we accept walk-ins when availability permits. However, appointments are strongly recommended to ensure you receive your preferred time and stylist.

Are your services safe for sensitive skin or allergies?

Absolutely. We offer hypoallergenic and gentle alternatives for clients with sensitivities. Please notify us during booking so we can accommodate your needs.

Do you offer rewards?

Is parking available?

Yes, we offer free, convenient parking for all our guests directly outside the salon.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. No-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the service charge.
